HuntRidge Ranch makes fabulous one of a kind handcrafted wood pet crates. They have been very successful with their small business selling their wooden dog crates at various Minneapolis area shows.

Owners, Michael and Suzanne Terry wanted to expand and market their unique kennels online and turned to Faribault Web to help market their products with an affordable e-commerce solution. that would gain national reach.

WoodPetCrate.com was born with this intention in mind. WordPress setup as a content management system with PayPal integration allows these local craftsmen and entrepreneurs to do exactly that. One day after launching their website, Wood Pet Crate landed on the first page of Google’s search results!

Amy and I so loved their furniture grade dog crates that we decided to purchase one ourselves for our Yorkshire Terrier, Baby! Baby loves her new handmade kennel and it doubles as a great end table in our living room. We opted for a solid maple small dog crate (Baby is only 4 pounds). Gone now is the obtrusive black metal wire cage to be replaced by Michael’s work of art.

The Faribault Heritage Celebration committee needed a website for their annual community festival. Every year the Faribault Heritage Celebration attracts thousands of visitors to Faribault in June. They wanted a clean modern website that would showcase the events and provide easy access to information for the public. The website was updated daily during the celebration to add photos and event updates.

We were also involved in setting up and updating a Facebook Business Page which helped promote the website.

Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism website design. In February we launched the new dynamic web for the Faribault Chamber of Commerce and followed up with the launch of the Visit Faribault tourism website featuring an interactive map system. Both website were built on top of a content management system which gives The Chamber the ability to manage and publish their own content.

The Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism needed to update both its Chamber of Commerce website and its Tourism website and we wanted both of them to be information driven and interactive. George very patiently walked us through all the steps that make a website a success, laying the foundation for a site that makes a wonderful first impression for people looking at Faribault for business or travel.

George offered his expertise in a way that was easy to understand so we can incorporate our own information into the website which was great for even us complete novices!

Another asset is that George makes himself constantly available to answer our questions, assists us with website updates and he’s unfailingly courteous and enjoyable to work with. Recently we had the pleasure of working with Spike’s Bar & Grill to create an online marketing machine for their business. Their old website was an outdated static website that just wasn’t doing much for their business. It was not doing well in the search engines, had outdated information and just wasn’t conveying the image Spike’s in the marketplace.

Spike’s wanted to actively promote their business across multiple channels:

Search Engines
Social Media
- Facebook
- Twitter
- YouTube
Text Messaging

They also wanted to reduce their advertising spend.

Working closely with Mike Jasinski and Therese Amundson, we put together an online marketing program to meet all these objectives. The foundation of which is a WordPress Content Management System which gives them the ability to update their website anytime – day or night. We setup custom pages on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter and integrated them into the website to work seamlessly.

Text messaging was integrated in to the site as well that allows site visitors to opt-in for text updates. Every aspect from posting new events, adding pictures, video, or sending text is handled from an easy to use administration area.
